At Lindys Wedding Flowers, each floral design is carefully handcrafted to reflect your wedding vision.

Because all bouquets and arrangements are custom designed, we ask that clients review the following policy before placing an order.

Design Process

• All wedding flowers are custom created based on the bride’s color palette, style preferences, and wedding theme.
• Inspiration photos are welcome and help guide the design process.
• Final designs may vary slightly due to material availability and artistic interpretation.

Consultations

• Consultations may be conducted by phone, video call, or email.
• During the consultation we will discuss your wedding date, color palette, bouquet style, bridal party flowers, and any special requests.

Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and your wedding date has been secured.

Deposit & Payment Policy

To reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required.

Payment Terms

• 30% deposit required to secure your wedding date
• Remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding date

Once your date is reserved, that time is dedicated exclusively to your event and materials are purchased specifically for your order.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will always try to work with clients fairly.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of wedding floral designs, returns are generally not accepted.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your flowers, and we will work with you to find a solution.
