Our Wedding Coordination Package is designed for couples who have planned their wedding independently but would like an experienced professional to oversee the details on the wedding day. We ensure everything comes together smoothly so you can focus on making memories instead of managing logistics.

Included in Your Wedding Coordination Package:

💐 Pre-Wedding Consultations

• One consultation approximately 2 to 3 months before your wedding.
• A second consultation approximately 1 month before your wedding.
• Review of your plans, timeline, vendors, and any last-minute updates or changes.

💐 Vendor Coordination

• Confirmation of timelines and services with your vendors.
• Follow-up communication approximately 2 months before the wedding, 1 month before, and again just prior to the wedding day.

💐 Wedding Day Management

• Oversee décor setup and ensure your vision is executed as planned.
• Coordinate ceremony and reception activities.
• Manage wedding party timing and organization.
• Assist vendors as needed throughout the day.
• Monitor the event schedule to help keep everything running smoothly.

💐 Guest Assistance

• Helpdirect and assist guests when needed.
• Provide support with seating and general guest questions.

💐 Floral & Personal Item Coordination

• Ensure bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and other personal flowers are distributed correctly.
• Confirm special items are placed where they belong.

💐 Professional On-Site Team

• One Lead Coordinator and one Assistant Coordinator included.
• Additional support may be provided if required at no extra charge.

💐 Bridal Emergency Kit

• A fully stocked emergency kit will be available throughout the day to help manage unexpected situations and last-minute needs.

Investment

Wedding Coordination Services begin at $1,300

A non-refundable retainer of $500 is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding day.
